The monsoon season increases the risk of diseases. But the body could consume the well superfoods to increase immunity. These superfoods prove to be more beneficial than artificial and packed foods. Due to the strong resistance of the disease, the sudden change in weather does not have a negative effect on health. Therefore, these superfoods must be consumed to stay healthy in monsoon.
1. Lemon-
Lemon is a citric fruit, which contains the abundance of vitamins C. By consuming it, the alkaline environment is formed in the body, so that the germs and viruses do not flourish and the immune system increases.


2. Green vegetables-
Green vegetables are superfoods, and many nutrients are found in it. It contains chlorophyll element, which is the main source of nutrition for plants. Consumption of it increases the immunity of the disease and the body is healthy.



3. Diet with vitamin B6-
 Vitamin B 6 strengthens immunity to disease It does not cause problems like stress, behavior change and anxiety. Protein-rich foods such as meats, fish, beans are good sources of vitamin B6.


4. Banana -
Bananas contain potassium, magnesium and mineral. The anti-effluent element in it reduces the level of cholesterol in the body. By which the body does not feel exhausted.


5. Coconut-
Coconut contains anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. It is quite beneficial for skin and hair. This does not have any negative effects on monsoon.


6. Ingredients containing vitamin E -
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps the body fight infection. Vegetables like nuts and seeds, plant oils and buds are good sources of vitamin E.


7. Tomato-
Tomatoes contain carotenoids called lycopene. This helps in preventing cardiovascular problems and cancer. Also, unbalanced blood pressure obesity and repairs of cells also work smoothly. The level of pH of the body is also balanced by tomato seeds.
