How to make apple tea

Apple tea, not only helps in reducing weight but also enhances beauty.  Minerals, antioxidants are found in plenty in apples.  Apple Tea is quite popular in Europe.  It also helps in reducing weight by controlling high BP and cholesterol.

STEP 1-  To make apple tea, you will need 1 apple, 3 cups of water, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tea bags and cinnamon powder. 

STEP 2- Add water and lemon juice to the pan, now put a tea bag in the pan. 

STEP 3 - Let it boil for some time.  Add chopped apples to the boiling mixture. 

STEP 4 - Now allow it to boil for about 5 minutes.  Then add cinnamon powder to it.
STEP 5- now strain it in a cup and drink it with joy.

The cinnamon found in tea helps to detoxify and reduce inflammation.
